By now you should have successfully completed the core onboarding process Welcome Guide Template so we’d like to ask you to continue to revisit the employee guide if you have questions about our work practices or processes.
During Your Trial Period
- Sometime during your first week, one of our marketing/product/design/customer success folks will do a demo with you of our current product offering, simulating what we offer to our customers and how they use the tool
- Your team's #1 goal for the first weeks of starting at Purpose in Play is to make sure you get up-to-speed and know how to do your work. Check in with your teammates in Slack if you have questions or would like to pair on something.
- In your first week @Ernest Pall will give you a complete product overview
- Biweekly 1:1s with manager starting two weeks after your first day
- Monthly 1:1s with manager starting 3 months after your first day (during the first 6 months)
- Goal-setting and initial performance review (which is 3-months from your start date)
- Continue to revisit the Team Playbook if you have questions about our work practices or processes. If you have questions about the guide, or if you have questions that aren't answered in this guide, please ask in any of the forums listed in this list, or in Slack.
Goals & Expectations
Your lead will come up with some goals and expectations, but feel free to add stuff you feel is important. These are your goals right :)? So go nuts and alter it if you want.
