The referral programme starts with the posting of the vacancy in the organisation by the recruitment team on Notion.

Scope

This policy is applicable to all the permanent team members of the company.

The Referral Process

  1. The referral programme starts with the posting of the vacancy in the organisation by the recruitment team in Work @ Win.app.
  2. The job description for the given position is shared with the team members along with job posting.
  3. The team member after analyzing the role requirements will log in into his Notion account, go to “My dashboard” and select “Add a Referral” .
  4. The team member referring a candidate must fill in the candidate details .
  5. All referred candidates will follow the same recruitment process as any other candidate.
  6. If the candidate joins the company, the referral amount is paid to the referring team member after the probation period.
  7. The referral amount is paid along with the team member’s salary.

Guidelines for Referrals

  1. Only an active full time team member is eligible to receive referral amount for the candidate referred by them.
  2. In case the team member has resigned during 3 months from the joining date of the candidate referred, he/she will not be eligible for referral amount.
  3. If 2 team members have referred the same candidate only the team member who has first referred will be eligible to receive the referral bonus.
  4. The interview and selection process will happen on merit basis only as per team member referral policy sample.
  5. No special advantages would be given to the referred candidate.
  6. Candidates directly approaching the HR for submission of resume will not be considered for team referral policy.
  7. Also, no referral will be considered in case the candidate resume exists already in the database.
