This document provides clear guidelines for team members on how to request sick days, holidays, and business trips, ensuring alignment with labor legislation and company policy. As a remote team, we understand that some policies may vary depending on the country you’re located in. Holidays

Team members are encouraged to take sufficient time off to relax and recharge, guided by an unlimited fair use policy. While we don't enforce a strict cap on holidays, we recommend taking a minimum of 21 days per year to support your well-being and productivity.

Please note that the unlimited holidays policy does not apply to team members who are within their trial period or during their first year of work. Standard holiday allowances will apply in these cases.
